Here is another set for another Amazing wedding location and couple. With Friends and family from around the world these two got married in the lush forest of the Ko olau Golf Course 18th Fairway. We zeroed in on the location and made them matching pendants to commemorate this event.
An amazing wedding for an amazing couple !
A special beach in a tropical island. This couple wanted to have sand between their toes and we pinpointed the exact location and provided these special pendants to commemorate this event. Flower leis and waves were present as these two tied the knot.

My Friends and I were in town for the St. Pete Grand
Prix.All the race teams were
staying at the Vinoy Hotel. Lisa and her friends were out on the town that
night, we met on the veranda. I remember being captivated by this amazing girl

Another Latitude Designs Dual Pendant to commemorate the birthplace's of Father and Son.
Queens Hospital Honolulu and Sharp Hospital San Diego
This Dynamic Duo ( See story below map image) decided to commemorate a special place off the beaten path. High in the Utah uplands ! I shipped these two designs off with out taking photos :( both designs are visible on the Latitude Designs website ( cheap plug hehe...)

LOVE them! The coordinates are unknown ridge in Utah where our son was conceived. We know this for sure. Ivan, my son's Dad is a medievac helicopter pilot and wears the keyfob around his neck to remind him of the treasure he has at home and to be safe flying. I wear the necklace around my neck at work as and ER doctor to remind me of why life is precious and will give him the necklace one day to remind him that he is so special to us.
Another special place commemorated with this custom designed Wedding Band. The customer liked the Heavy Groove design and the Latitude concept so we combined the two!!
This is a popular camping spot and these two met there several years ago. Story is coming soon :)
This is a special piece for a special Son from a special Mother!
"This bracelet was created as a graduation gift for my son. It holds the coordinates for his high school, and really represents where he was "born." As he went through the years, I saw him find himself at this school. Our bracelet has two coordinates, one for where the school was located his first year on the inside, and where the school moved to during his high school career, on the outside. I am so excited to give this to him, especially as he "owns" part of the current location, having helped with the move and renovation.
The dual Pendant concept was born of a collaboration with another great client. Thank you Marcy!

Celebrating a milestone birthday (we won't say which) with trips to Paris and San Francisco (it was a big milestone and a T shirt just wouldn't do!) we worked with the team at Latitude Designs to craft a pendant that would mark the occasion. The pendant turned out so well that we also commissioned one of our home town, Kailua - and now have a nice gift that serves as special treat for send off parties ... (so they never forget where their friends are) special occasions (to mark the spot)... and to commemorate some very fun events in special locals.

time nine years ago in the cereal aisle of the Pali Safeway.

It was an amazing moment on the dance floor with a person who, from the first time we met, it felt as if we had just always known each other – on the deepest level. I’m certain that somewhere in time we not only knew each other, but we loved each other. Funny how you meet thousands of people in life, but then you meet a certain someone who instantly touches your heart in a place you didn’t even know existed and life will never be the same. So this key tag is a gift to remind that certain someone of a special moment we shared in Music City - on the dance floor at Legends in Nashville, Tennessee. It was a full house that night, but at that moment in time, we were the only two people in the world.

It takes a while to find someone that just gets you. The one who knows what your thinking before you say it...the one person that when you look into their eyes, you see them 30 years from now. This is where I met that person..the one who just got me....Sperry's in Franklin TN.

After years of giving the obligatory bottle of white for Christmas and birthdays, I decided it was time to get my boss something special. It's hard for me to tell him just how much I love my job and how thankful I am to be working at our small company of three. Most of the time he's my partner, but sometimes he's my boss, sometimes my older brother, much older brother, sometimes my mentor and all too often my tormentor. My boss wraps a urban, edgy style around his core of genuine warmth. He can be cordial and a touch chivalrous which catches the attention of women young and old. A year ago he took up sailing and jumped in head first with a transpac crossing from Hawaii with the intended destination of Washington. He did make it back but with one less life. The cuff was a perfect gift with it's latitude engraving, just in case he gets adventurous again. Together we customized it to layer in perfectly with his rugged exterior. He wears it everyday and it makes a clanking sound against another bracelet alerting me to his approach.

Even though your dad was sick we knew we wanted to have a family. Yet his treatments were rendering him sterile. So, to plan for the future we were banking sperm. As you can imagine that was an interesting effort and sorry if this is TMI now. One day we were laughing with his doctor about this effort and Dr. Jeff said off handedly “you guys should just get pregnant now the natural way, why don’t you try”? After mulling over the reality of being pregnant and having a child while we were fighting cancer we decided, yes, it would be a good thing. What better way to focus our energy? What better happy “project” could there be than starting our family?
We decided to let nature take its course. If it were meant to be it would happen. So, I stopped my birth control and we went on with our lives as normally as possible. Normal included neighbor island getaways. We had a favorite spot on Kaua‘i, a family friend of Pete’s had a cabin on the river/beach at Kalihiwai. We loved it there. We’d lie around on the punei on the lanai and read for hours, many times to each other. We’d play cards and scrabble. We’d cook and eat yummy food. And the best thing we did there was making you.
This is a picture of us on one of our day trips to Waimea Canyon during that fateful trip. It’s sweet that Pete is embracing my belly, yet we did not know yet what was already growing there. In his special way he must have known.
And so, I’ve commemorated this time and place with this bracelet for you. It has the latitude and longitude coordinates of Kalihiwai Beach and an inscription that tells, to me, one of the simplest most beautiful stories of my life.
